Moon Mode: The Inside Job is for the leaders and entrepreneurs already changing the world; who know there's a better way but can't quite see the path through the noise. Not another feed full of "hack your cycle" hustle-porn dressed up as wellness. This is the real operating manual.
You already move differently through the world. Now learn to move differently through your month, and use it as the quiet, subversive advantage nobody's talking about.
Because the most powerful thing a leader can do in a burnout economy isn't push harder all the time: it's know exactly when to.
This is leadership from the inside out: grounded, sharp, unapologetically feminine, and built for women who are done performing productivity and ready to actually wield their power.
Four Wednesday evenings this November
6:00pm – 8:30pm
Adelaide (location to be announced closer to the date)
An intentional group of women, meeting every Wednesday night in November, walking a whole menstrual cycle together - meaningfully learning about and connecting to your own cycle.
Throughout the series we will explore:
The four inner seasons of the menstrual cycle
Hormones, energy, emotions and capacity
Cycle awareness for work, leadership, business and creativity
Your own unique leadership styles throughout the month
Burnout, rest and sustainable ways of living
Menarche (first bleed), ancestry and the "red thread"
How to begin, build or deepen a meaningful menstrual cycle awareness practice
Practical tools to support cyclical living in everyday life
This is an intentionally small-group experience so the space can be held with care, depth and individualised support for each participant.
What women said after our most recent foundations workshop:
"What a truly life changing experience. It's all the stuff they should've taught us years ago. I'm feeling more aligned, less burnt out, less frustrated with myself, less snappy, and more focused and effective with my energy."
"For the first time, my behaviour and moods make sense. I feel both relieved and empowered."
"Mood Mode was everything 13-year-old me has been waiting for."
"A lot of self compassion and an understanding of how to work with my body and not against it."
"Koral brought light-heartedness, humour and in-depth knowledge to the space. It felt refreshing but also very warm and connected."
