About Moon Mode

Your Cycle Was Never the Problem

Moon Mode was born from a simple, powerful truth: people with menstrual cycles were never meant to be the same every day. That's not a glitch. That's the design.

But most of us were taught to override it, to flatten our changing needs, energy and wisdom so we could fit into a world built on consistency, productivity and constant output. And when we inevitably can't keep up with a system that was never built for us, we turn the blame inward. Too emotional. Too inconsistent. Too sensitive. Too much, or not enough.

Moon Mode calls bullshit on that.

Your menstrual cycle isn't a flaw in the system. It's the system working exactly as it should, a sophisticated biological rhythm that, when honoured instead of hidden, becomes a source of insight, creativity, leadership and self-trust.

Understand your cycle and you stop negotiating with yourself. You start making decisions that actually honour your nature. You stop fighting your own biology and start building a life, and a way of leading, that's sustainable, intentional and finally, deeply, yours.

What We Believe

At Moon Mode, we believe:

  • Your cycle is a source of wisdom, not a problem to solve.

  • Sustainable success honours your natural rhythms, not the ones you were sold.

  • Leadership comes in many forms, and it's strengthened by self-awareness, not certainty.

  • Rest is productive.

  • Curiosity beats perfection, every time.

  • The wisdom of the body belongs alongside logic, strategy and ambition, not beneath it.

  • Every person deserves to understand the rhythms they live within.

  • We are not separate from nature. We ARE nature.

Meet Koral

Koral has been leading since before she knew what to call it, from performing on stage as a child and managing cafes and restaurants before she was legally old enough to serve the wine, to running multiple businesses as a touring musician, circus producer, arts publicist, food truck owner-operator, charity fundraiser and event producer.

But her greatest and most challenging leadership role has been becoming a mother of two, which, alongside being neurodivergent, has taught her to lead in a way that actually works for her rather than one she was told should work.

It wasn't until she discovered menstrual cycle awareness that the pieces fell into place: the leadership model she'd inherited was built for a body that doesn't change, and hers, like every person born into a female body, was never meant to be the same every day.

Today, as a certified Menstruality Mentor through Red School, Koral lives cyclically and seasonally, taking her leadership cues from both inside her own body and the natural world around her, and helps leaders, entrepreneurs and business owners understand the wisdom of their cycles and apply it practically to their work, leadership, creativity and everyday lives.

With Deep Gratitude

Moon Mode has not been created in isolation. It is the weaving together of teachings, relationships, stories, lived experience, and wisdom passed from hand to hand, heart to heart.

I offer my deepest gratitude to Artemis House from She Awakening for sharing the wisdom of the Women's Wheel (and so so much more), and to her teacher - Jane Hardwicke Collings, whose work has helped countless women remember the wisdom of their cyclical nature.

To Alexandra Pope and Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer of Red School, thank you for your pioneering work in menstrual cycle awareness and for illuminating a path that so many of us now walk.

To Abi Denwick Meyer, thank you for your mentoring, medicine and guidance throughout my training and beyond.

To Katherine Eden, thank you for holding my hand while I learn to hold others in circle.

To Erin Riley from Evolve, thank you for holding my nervous system while it turns from water to stone and back again.

To Kristin Marshall, thank you for helping me find my way back to Her; time after time after time. J’ai Ma.

To my mother, who placed a copy of Miranda Grey’s Red Moon in my hands when I first began bleeding. It took me another thirty years to understand the gift you were offering me.

To every woman and person who menstruates who has shared their story, their tears, their wisdom, their questions and their trust with me. You are my teachers too.

And to Mother Earth, my oldest and most constant teacher. Thank you for the wisdom that moves through every sunrise, every season, every cycle, every breath. Thank you for reminding me, again and again, that I am not separate from nature, but part of it.

May I honour all these teachings by sharing them with integrity, humility and care.
